Deine Position

Deine Aufgabenbereiche liegen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung der Standorte und direkter Berichtslinie an den HUB Manager der Region Nord-West:

  • Vertriebsstrategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer gemeinsamen Vertriebsstrategie für 1KOMMA5° Lüneburg und Seevetal sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrukturen und Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Umsatz- & Ergebnisverantwortung: Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Marge, Ergebnisentwicklung und Vertriebsbudget beider Standorte mit klarem Fokus auf nachhaltiges und profitables Wachstum
  • Führung & Teamentwicklung: Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsorganisation einschließlich Recruiting, Netzwerkaufbau, Zielvereinbarungen, individuellem 1:1-Coaching und Performance-Management
  • Vertriebssteuerung & Performance: Planung und Steuerung von Sales-Pipeline, Forecasts und KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Abschlussquoten und Vertriebsleistung
  • Reporting & Weiterentwicklung: Transparente Steuerung der Vertriebs- und Ergebnisentwicklung, frühzeitiges Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen und konsequente Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsführungen

Dein Profil

Du bist eine aufgeschlossene und verbindende Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Menschen und Situationen - Ob Handwerker:innen, Kunden:innen, Mitarbeitende, oder weitere Führungsebenen – du kommunizierst souverän und auf Augenhöhe, findest den richtigen Zugang auf allen Ebenen:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und hast bereits Teams als Teamleitung / Vertriebsleitung mit ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden sowie ein Umsatzvolumen in Millionenhöhe verantwortet
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, arbeitest konsequent KPI- und ergebnisorientiert und weißt, wie du Vertriebsleistungen nachhaltig steigerst
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus - Du packst selbst mit an und springst ein, wenn es darauf ankommt
  • Du verstehst es, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, individuell weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam wirkungsstarke Ziele zu erreichen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem und kaufmännischem Niveau (C1/C2)
