Deine Position

  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung/ Einrichtung unseres neuen Büros in Nürnberg sowie beim Aufbau des Showrooms
  • Zuverlässige Mitwirkung beim Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden inklusive der Vorbereitung von Arbeitsplätzen und Hardware
  • Reibungslose Organisation des Büroalltags durch Postmanagement, Dienstleisterkoordination sowie operative Unterstützung des People-Ops-Teams
  • Regelmäßige Organisation von Team-Events
  • Gemeinsame Gestaltung einer positiven, motivierenden und einladenden Arbeitsatmosphäre für das gesamte Team vor Ort

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium an einer deutschen Hochschule mit mindestens zwei verbleibenden Semestern sowie einer Verfügbarkeit von 15–20 Stunden pro Woche (in den Semesterferien bis zu 40 Stunden)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen aus Werkstudententätigkeiten, Praktika oder Nebenjobs im Office-, Event-, HR- oder Servicebereich von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige, gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer zupackenden Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Aufgeschlossenheit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei parallelen Themen stets den Überblick zu behalten
  • Hohe Motivation zur regelmäßigen Präsenz vor Ort sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil)
