Da staatliche Förderungen für Wärmepumpen oft unübersichtlich sind, greifst du unseren Kunden unter die Arme und sorgst dafür, dass das Fördergeld zuverlässig fließt. Gleichzeitig behältst du unsere offenen Forderungen im Blick. Das Ergebnis: Glückliche Kunden und ein gesunder Cashflow für unser Unternehmen.

Deine Position

Säule 1: Kundensupport im Fördermittelmanagement

  • Geld für unsere Kunden sichern: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Beantragung staatlicher Fördergelder (z. B. KfW, BAFA) für ihre neuen Wärmepumpen.
  • Unterlagen-Check: Du sammelst alle notwendigen Dokumente von den Kunden ein, prüfst sie auf Vollständigkeit und übermittelst sie an die Förderstellen.
  • Fristen im Blick behalten: Du begleitest den Prozess bis zur finalen Auszahlung des Fördergeldes an den Kunden und stehst bei Fragen als Ansprechpartner bereit.

Säule 2: Forderungsmanagement & Verwaltung

  • Zahlungseingänge prüfen: Du behältst im Blick, welche unserer Rechnungen bereits beglichen wurden und wo noch Zahlungen ausstehen.
  • Kundenorientiertes Mahnwesen: Wenn eine Zahlung stockt (z. B. weil der Kunde noch auf seine Förderauszahlung wartet), suchst du lösungsorientiert und freundlich den Kontakt (per Mail oder Telefon).
  • Backoffice-Unterstützung: Du pflegst Stammdaten in unserem System und unterstützt das Team bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht, Public Management, Soziologie oder einem verwandten Fach – Quereinsteiger mit Organisationstalent sind willkommen!).
  • Du hast eine empathische, aber bestimmte Art am Telefon und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Bürokratische Vorgaben (KfW/BAFA) schrecken dich nicht ab, sondern du behältst sorgfältig den Überblick.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word).
