Deine Aufgaben

  • Digitalisierung und strukturierte Erfassung von Herstellungsprotokollen aus der Produktion
  • Übertragung, Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Produktions-, Material- und Prozessdaten in digitale Systeme und Vorlagen
  • Prüfung von Daten auf Vollständigkeit, Plausibilität und Konsistenz
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Materialverbräuchen, Produktionszeiten, Ausschüssen und weiteren relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Durchführung von Nachkalkulationen auf Basis digitalisierter Herstellungsdaten
  • Identifikation und Aufbereitung von Abweichungen zwischen Plan- und Ist-Werten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Controlling
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung digitaler Dokumentations- und Auswertungsprozesse
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer belastbaren Datengrundlage für Herstellungs- und Produktionsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Pharmazie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, Datenanalysen, Kalkulationen und Prozessoptimierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI, ERP-Systemen oder Datenbanken sind von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude am Umgang mit Daten und Kennzahlen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Daten und Dokumentationen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Verfügbarkeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche sowie Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Arbeit vor Ort
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
