So gestaltest du mit

  • Durchführung praxisnaher Produkt- und Sales-Trainings remote und vor Ort
  • Schulung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und externen Partnern
  • Entwicklung moderner Trainingsformate, Lernkonzepte und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Präsentationen, Guidelines und E-Learnings
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktmanagement und Marketing
  • Begleitung von Trainings, Coachings und praxisnahen Learning Sessions
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Trainingsinhalte und Lernformate
  • Unterstützung bei Produktlaunches und neuen Trainingsinitiativen

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Erfahrung im Training, Coaching, Vertrieb oder in der Erwachsenenbildung
  • idealerweise MSD Erfahrung
  • Begeisterung für Wissensvermittlung und praxisnahe Trainings
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten – online wie offline
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis für Sales-Prozesse sowie Interesse an Produkten und Marken
  • Motivation, neue Ideen und Impulse einzubringen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
