Du kennst Transport\- und Distributionslogistik aus der Praxis, verstehst komplexe Abläufe und begeisterst Dich für Software? Du berätst gerne, erkennst Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und packst auch bei der Umsetzung mit an? Dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen.

Deine Aufgabe

Du bist die Verbindung zwischen Kunden, Logistik und Software. Du verstehst, was unsere Kunden brauchen, entwickelst passende Lösungen und begleitest sie vom ersten Gespräch bis in den täglichen Betrieb.

  • Neue Kundenkontakte aufbauen, bestehende Beziehungen pflegen und unsere Software präsentieren.
  • Kundenanforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse analysieren, Lösungen erarbeiten und Angebote erstellen.
  • Projekte begleiten, Software konfigurieren und Anforderungen für die Entwicklung formulieren.
  • Funktionen testen, Anwender unterstützen und fachliche Fragen im laufenden Betrieb lösen.
  • Kundenbedürfnisse und eigene Ideen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte einbringen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Transport\-, KEP\-, Stückgut\- oder Distributionslogistik, beispielsweise in Disposition, Netzwerksteuerung oder Prozessmanagement.
  • Einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik HF/FH oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im ICT\-Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung, im Verkauf in der Einführung von Softwarelösungen.
  • Freude daran, Menschen anzusprechen, Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären und Kunden für Lösungen zu gewinnen.
  • Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse.

Du verstehst standortübergreifende Transportprozesse und kannst betriebliche Anforderungen in konkrete Softwarelösungen übersetzen.
