Планировать и осуществлять учебную деятельность в соответствии с образовательной программой общеобразовательного учреждения. Разрабатывать рабочие программы по русскому языку и литературе на основе примерных основных общеобразовательных программ и обеспечивать их выполнение. Составлять рабочий тематический план на каждый урок, проводить учебные занятия по русскому языку и литературе. Проводить систематический анализ эффективности уроков и подходов к обучению. Организовывать, контролировать и оценивать учебные достижения, текущие и итоговые результаты освоения основных образовательных программ по русскому языку и литературе обучающимися. Формировать универсальные учебные действия и навыки, связанные с информационно-коммуникационными технологиями. Осуществлять объективную оценку знаний и умений обучающихся на основе тестирования и других методов контроля в соответствии с реальными учебными возможностями школьников. Регулировать поведение обучающихся для обеспечения безопасной образовательной среды на уроках русского языка и литературы, поддерживать режим посещения уроков. Реализовывать современные, в том числе интерактивные, формы и методы воспитательной работы использовать их как на уроках русского языка и литературы, так и во внеурочной деятельности. Контролировать наличие у учащихся тетрадей, соблюдение установленного в школе порядка их оформления, ведения, соблюдение единого орфографического режима. В соответствии с графиком проводить установленное программой количество контрольных работ, контрольных диктантов, изложений и сочинений. Вести в установленном порядке учебную документацию, осуществлять текущий контроль успеваемости и посещаемости обучающихся на уроках, выставлять текущие оценки в классный журнал и дневники.

Высшее образование или среднее профессиональное образование по направлению подготовки Образование и педагогика или в области, соответствующей предмету Русский язык и литература, либо высшее образование или среднее профессиональное образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование по направлению деятельности в общеобразовательной организации. Без предъявления требований к стажу работы. Соответствие требованиям: прохождение предварительного (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров, внеочередных медицинских осмотров по направлению работодателя, обязательного психиатрического освидетельствования (не реже 1 раза в 5 лет), профессиональной гигиенической подготовки и аттестации (при приёме на работу и далее не реже 1 раза в 2 года).
