Врач - терапевт участковый формирует врачебный участок из прикрепленного к нему населения, осуществляет санитарно-гигиеническое образование, консультирует по вопросам ЗОЖ, профилактические мероприятия по предупреждению и снижению заболеваемости населения, выявление ранних скрытых форм заболеваний, социальнозначимых болезней, факторов риска; осуществляет диспансерное наблюдение прикрепленного населения, в том числе имеющих право на получение набора социальных услуг, в установленном порядке; организует и проводит диагностику и лечение различных заболеваний и состояний, в том числе восстановительное лечение пациентов в амбулаторных условиях;оказывает неотложную медицинскую помощь пациентам при острых заболеваниях, травмах, отравлениях и других неотложных состояний в амбулаторных условиях; направляет пациентов на консультации к другим специалистам, в том числе для стационарного и восстановительного лечения по медицинским показаниям; организует и проводит противоэпидемические мероприятия и иммунопрофилактику в установленном порядке; проводит экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности в установленном порядке и оформляет документы для направления пациента на медико-социальную экспертизу; выдает заключение о необходимости направления пациента по медицинским показаниям на саноторно-курортное лечение; взаимодействует с другими медицинскими организациями государственной системы здравоохранения, страховыми медицинскими компаниями, иными организациями в части выполнения своих служебных обязанностей; участвует в организации медико-социальной помощи отдельным категориям граждан (одиноким, престарелым, инвалидам, больным с хроническими заболеваниями, нуждающимися в уходе); контролирует и руководит работой среднего медицинского персонала, осуществляющего первичную медико-санитарную помощь на прикрепленном участке; ведет медицинскую документацию в установленном порядке; проводит анализ состояния здоровья прикрепленного к участку населения и общей деятельности врачебного участка; соблюдает сроки предоставления информации для статистических отчетов; соблюдает правила и принципы врачебной этики и деонтологии; квалифицировано и своевременно исполняет приказы, распоряжения руководства медийинского учреждения, а также нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие работу учреждений здравоохранения; соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, противопожарной безопасности и техники безопасности, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима; систематический повышает уровень своей профессиональной квалификации.
