обеспечивать системную концертно - просветительскую работу образовательного учреждения; соблюдать права и свободы детей и работников школы в установленном законодательством РФ порядке; координировать деятельность Художественного совета школы, руководителей творческих коллективов, преподавателей и концертмейстеров по вопросам, находящимся в пределах компетенции; осуществлять контроль за качеством концертно - просветительской работы учреждения; следить за уровнем и качеством конкурсных, концертно - просветительских мероприятий; участвовать в разработке основных направлений культурно - просветительской деятельности учреждения; руководить разработкой и осуществлением проведения крупных массовых художественных мероприятий, в том числе: - организацией и проведением школьных конкурсов и фестивалей, концертов; - организацией и проведением Районных мероприятий: Районной музыкально - теоретической Олимпиады Юный теоретик (1 раз в 2 года), ежегодного Районного конкурса Юный Виртуоз, ежегодного Районного фестиваля - конкурса Надымские фанфары . осуществлять сотрудничество с учреждениями культуры, образования, спорта, социальной защиты и др.; направлять деятельность учреждения на развитие и совершенствование творческого процесса с целью создания наиболее благоприятных условий для коллективного творчества с учетом конкретных художественных и социальных задач; вести систематизированную отчетность по культурно - просветительской работе учреждения; оказывать помощь преподавателям в проведении культурно - просветительских, спортивно - оздоровительных мероприятий; осуществлять связь со СМИ, готовить к публикации материалы о деятельности школы в местных печатных СМИ, на радио и телевидении, на официальной сайте школы;

Стаж работы на педагогических и руководящих должностях не менее 5 лет
