1. Oсущecтвляeт кoнтpоль за рaбoтой сотpудникoв Ceрвиснo-тexничecкoй службы, выдaет ежеcмeнныe рaбoчие задания, обучaeт бoлеe эффективным мeтoдам paботы. 2. Opгaнизуeт кoнтроль оптимaльнoй paботы, cepвисного oбслуживания и ремонта оборудования крематора, сепаратора, мойки автотранспорта, водоподготовки и другого оборудования как вне закрытых площадок, так и внутри площадок по заявкам руководителя. 3. Организует уборку территории прилегающих к зданиям и сооружениям, в том числе и погрузку строительного мусора, а также благоустройство территории. 4. Организует и контролирует выполнение дератизационных мероприятий, своевременное нанесение гербицидов. 5. Контролирует и отчитывается о проведенных мероприятиях, связанных с биобезопасностью, возложенных на службу. 6. Организует и контролирует работу дезинфекторов на мойках автотранспорта. 7. Организует мероприятия по контролю и поддержанию в рабочем состоянии водоотводных каналов, ливневой канализации, целостности откосов и периметрального ограждения. 8. Организует и контролирует работу по бесперебойной работе системы навозоудаления. 9. Контролирует и фиксирует данные по расходу воды, навоза. 10. Организует ремонтные работы на силосах и транспортировочном оборудовании на территории площадок/дворов (вне зданий). 11. Организует и контролирует работу по очистки полости силосов на территории площадок/дворов (вне зданий). 12. Своевременно реагирует на сигналы и заявки о неисправности оборудования.
