Работа с техническим надзором; Ведение накопительных документов, подсчет фактических объемов работ; Подтверждение объемов у Заказчика; Разработка и согласование ППР, технологических карт; проверка КС-2, КС-3, КС-6а; Формирование дефектных ведомостей, ведомостей объемов работ, накопительных, сопоставительных ведомостей; Сверка проектов на наличие изменений; Составление заявок на материалы; Проверка исполнительной документации от подрядных организаций; Проверка объемов выполненных работ Ведение накопительной ведомости по выполненным работам; Взаимодействие с другими отделами компании.

Высшее образование ПГС, Опыт от 3 лет законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации в области градостроительной деятельности; распорядительные, нормативные и методические документы по вопросам производственного планирования и оперативного управления строительством; - перспективы развития строительной организации; производственные мощности строительной организации и ее производственной базы; - специализацию подразделений строительной организации и производственные связи между ними; номенклатуру выпускаемой строительной продукции, виды выполняемых работ (услуг); основы технологии строительного производства; - организацию производственного планирования; - порядок разработки производственных программ и календарных графиков строительства; организацию оперативного учета хода строительного производства; - организацию складского хозяйства, транспортных и погрузочно-разгрузочных работ в строительной организации; средства вычислительной техники, коммуникаций и связи; - основы экономики; организацию строительного производства, труда и управления; - основы трудового законодательства; - правила по охране труда.
