Осуществлять полномочия в пределах предоставленных ему прав и в соответствии с должностными обязанностями; соблюдать нормы служебной этики и установленные в Инспекции правила внутреннего трудового распорядка и порядок работы со служебной информацией; не совершать действий, затрудняющих работу Инспекции, а также приводящих к подрыву авторитета государственной службы; использовать в практической деятельности современные информационные технологии, владеть навыками работы с компьютером, текстовыми редакторами, электронными таблицами Excel; правовыми базами данных Консультант, Гарант, специальными программными продуктами ЭОД, программами для работы с электронной почтой; обеспечивать качественное и своевременное ведение информационных ресурсов и НСИ по предмету деятельности отдела, обеспечивать контроль за применение всего комплекса мер к налогоплательщиками не предоставляющим или предоставляющим несвоевременно налоговую и бухгалтерскую отчетность, допустившим нарушение налогового законодательства;качественно проводить камеральные налоговые проверки по налогам и сборам; проводить анализ выявленных в ходе проверок схем уклонения от налогообложения;обеспечение своевременной передачи в правовой отдел материалов камеральных проверок для осуществления производства по делам о налоговых правонарушениях по запросам специалистов юридического отдела;

знание русского языка, нормативные правовые акты применительно к исполнению должностных обязанностей; правовые основы прохождения федеральной государственной гражданской службы, основы управления, организации труда и делопроизводства; передовой отечественный и зарубежный опыт налогового администрирования: формы и методы работы со средствами массовой информации, обращениями граждан, правила делового этикета; правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности и противопожарной защиты; служебный распорядок Инспекции; порядок работы со служебной информацией; должностной регламент.
