Должностные обязанности подсобного рабочего Подсобный рабочий детского сада выполняет следующие должностные обязанности: - отвечает за чистоту и порядок в пищеблоке и овощехранилище детского сада, содержит в чистоте и порядке кухонный инвентарь и оборудование; - перебирает зелень, плоды, удаляет дефектные экземпляры, посторонние примеси; - доставляет овощи из овощехранилища, осуществляет первичную обработку овощей, доставляет полуфабрикаты и сырье из кладовой детского сада; - открывает бочки, ящики, мешки с продуктами, вскрывает жестяные и стеклянные консервные банки, выгружает продукцию из тары; - доставляет готовую пищу к раздаче; - осуществляет транспортировку продукции, тары, посуды на пищеблоке детского сада; - участвует в сдаче тары. - моет технологическое оборудование, бачки, поддоны, противни, разделочные доски и кухонный инвентарь (ножи, половники, веселки, ложки и пр. ) с применением моющих средств; - моет технологическое оборудование, инвентарь, стены и полы, окна на пищеблоке (включая помещения кладовых) детского сада; - содержит в надлежащей чистоте стеллажи, предназначенные для сушки бачков, поддонов, противней, разделочных досок и другого кухонного инвентаря; - собирает и утилизирует производственные отходы в специальные контейнеры, предназначенные для отходов; - очищает мусоросборники, промывает их дезинфицирующим раствором, собирает мусор и выносит его в специально отведенное для этого место; - чистит и дезинфицирует мойки, раковины и другое санитарно-техническое оборудование пищеблока; - вместе с работниками пищеблока участвует в его генеральной уборке; - соблюдает правила санитарии и гигиены в убираемых помещениях пищеблока, строго соблюдает правила личной гигиены, следит за своим внешним видом; - своевременно информирует своего непосредственного руководителя обо всех нарушениях и недостатках и принимает необходимые меры по их устранению; - строго соблюдает правила по охране труда и противопожарной безопасности; - проходит ежегодный медицинский осмотр согласно графика, утвержденного в дошкольном образовательном учреждении
