The posting

Контроль за выполнением строительно-монтажных работ (СМР) в соответствии с проектной документацией, графиками, СНиП, СП и техническими регламентами . Проверка качества применяемых материалов, конструкций и соответствия их сертификатам . Контроль соблюдения сроков выполнения этапов работ и своевременное выявление отклонений . Ведение и проверка исполнительной документации (акты скрытых работ, исполнительные схемы, журналы работ) . Участие в составлении и согласовании актов о приемке выполненных работ (КС-2, КС-3) . Проверка проектной документации, выявление замечаний и подготовка предложений по корректировке . Подготовка отчетов о ходе строительства для руководства . Взаимодействие с участниками строительства Оперативное взаимодействие с заказчиком, проектной организацией, подрядчиками и субподрядчиками по вопросам строительства . Контроль за соблюдением подрядными организациями требований охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности на объекте . Участие в приемке законченных строительством объектов . Подготовка документов для ввода объекта в эксплуатацию

Знание Градостроительного кодекса РФ, федеральных законов, постановлений Правительства, строительных норм и правил (СНиП, СП), технических регламентов и иных нормативных правовых актов в сфере строительства и архитектуры, а также правил оформления исполнительной документации (акты, протоколы, журналы производства работ). Умение читать чертежи, проверять проектную документацию на соответствие требованиям, выявлять замечания и готовить предложения по их устранению . Понимание технологии и организации строительно-монтажных работ (СМР), контроль соблюдения сроков и качества выполнения работ на объекте . Навыки работы со сметной документацией, знание методик определения стоимости строительства Навыки ведения исполнительной документации, составление актов скрытых работ, актов КС-2, КС-3, подготовка отчетов по итогам строительства . Эффективное взаимодействие с заказчиком, проектировщиками, подрядчиками и субподрядчиками, решение оперативных вопросов на строительной площадке . Уверенное владение офисным пакетом (Word, Excel), навыки работы с AutoCAD (чтение чертежей), знание специализированных программ для документооборота и сметного дела (по требованию) . Знание и контроль соблюдения требований промышленной, пожарной и электробезопасности на строительной площадке . Участие в приемке объектов и подготовке документов для ввода объекта в эксплуатацию .
