The posting

2.1. Осуществлять постоянную связь с женской консультацией, преемственность в наблюдении за беременными женщинами (особенно из групп риска ). 2.2. Посещать на дому новорожденных в первые три дня после выписки из родильного дома и контролировать посещение новорожденных на дому участковой медицинской сестрой. 2.3. Проводить прием детей в поликлинике, назначать им режим, рациональное питание, специфическую и неспецифическую профилактику рахита, оценивать физическое и нервно-психическое развитие детей. 2.4. Осуществлять профилактическое наблюдение за детьми согласно методическим рекомендациям, направлять детей на консультации к другим врачам-специалистам и на необходимые лабораторные исследования. 2.5. Планировать (совместно с участковой медицинской сестрой) профилактические прививки, своевременно и обоснованно оформлять медицинские отводы от них. 2.6. Осуществлять динамическое наблюдение за детьми, взятыми на диспансерный учет, проводить их оздоровление совместно с другими врачами-специалистами и анализ эффективности диспансеризации. 2.7. Организовывать обследование, необходимые оздоровительные и профилактические мероприятия детям перед поступлением в детские дошкольные учреждения и школы. 2.8. Проводить учет и отбор детей, нуждающихся по состоянию здоровья в санаторном лечении. 2.9. Посещать больных детей на дому в день поступления вызова и оказывать им необходимую лечебную помощь с назначением, при показаниях, физиотерапевтических методов лечения, лечебной физкультуры, обеспечивать наблюдение за больным ребенком до выздоровления, госпитализации или разрешения посещать поликлинику, больного ребенка первого года жизни наблюдать ежедневно. 2.10. Направлять в установленном порядке ребенка на лечение в стационар, в необходимых случаях принимать все меры к немедленной госпитализации ребенка. 2.11. Информировать руководство поликлиники (отделения) о всех тяжело больных детях на участке, не госпитализированных по каким-либо причинам. 2.12. Извещать в установленном порядке санитарно-эпидемиологическую станцию о выявленных инфекционных больных и подозрительных на инфекционное заболевание, проводить комплекс профилактических мероприятий, направленных на снижение инфекционных заболеваний. 2.13. Выдавать листки нетрудоспособности по уходу за больным ребенком в соответствии с действующей инструкцией.
