Мы приглашаем на работу акушерку в женскую консультацию по адресу: г. Екатеринбург, пер.Северный д. 2 Мы приглашаем как опытных врачей, так и выпускников. Молодым специалистам предоставим наставника и помощь в адаптации. Чем предстоит заниматься: Подготовка кабинета к приему и соблюдение санитарно-противоэпидемиологических норм. Наблюдение за беременными, контроль состояния матери и плода, выявление возможных осложнений. Проведение процедур, забор анализов и ассистирование врачу-гинекологу. Ведение медицинской документации в бумажных и электронных системах. - Консультирование женщин по вопросам репродуктивного здоровья и профилактики заболеваний. Оказание доврачебной помощи при неотложных состояниях. Для нас важно наличие: Среднее профессиональное образование - по специальности "Акушерское дело" Аккредитация специалиста по специальности Акушерское дело . Опыт работы не требуется рассматриваем, в том числе молодых специалистов. Мы предлагаем: Что мы предлагаем Оклад 23800 руб. Районный коэффициент 15% от должностного оклада. Доплата за квалификационную категорию: 5% вторая, 15% первая, 20% высшая. Стимулирующие выплаты до 30 800 руб. (по результатам выполнения плановых показателей). Меры социальной поддержки 6500 руб. (выплачиваются СФР пропорционально отработанному времени). Единовременная выплата на обзаведение хозяйством 100 000 руб. для молодых специалистов. График 5/2. Испытательный срок по решению руководителя. Для молодых специалистов не устанавливается (ТК РФ). В период испытательного срока сохраняются оклад, районный коэффициент, доплата за категорию, стимулирующие выплаты и меры социальной поддержки.
