The posting

Рассмотрение проектных несоответствий с оформлением технических решений. Проверка выполнения (КС-6а, КС-2) на соответствие объемов с рабочей документацией. Участие в проведении входного контроля РД согласно СП 48.13330.2019 в части технологии производства. Участие в совещаниях на объекте строительства (ВКС). Взаимодействие с участниками строительства (Заказчик, проектный институт, подрядные организации). Контроль технологии СМР, проверка соответствия выполняемых работ проектной и рабочей документации. Мониторинг сроков в части контроля выполнения календарных планов-графиков строительства. Управление подрядчиками, в части координация их работы на объекте. Работа с авторским надзором, оперативное решение вопросов с проектными организациями при обнаружении ошибок (коллизий). Взаимодействие с госорганами, участие в проверках со стороны органов государственного строительного надзора. Формирование отчетности, подготовка регулярных отчетов о ходе строительства для руководства. Обеспечение правильной технологии сборки, выверки, центровки и закрепления сложного технологического оборудования.

Высшее образование (техническое, инженерные системы). Опыт работы от 5 лет по направлению строительства зданий и сооружений. Знание законодательной и нормативно-правовой базы в сфере строительства. Опыт взаимодействия с государственными разрешительными и контролирующими органами. Знание нормативно-технической документации по специальности и направлению деятельности. Анализ рабочей документации и выявление несоответствий в ней. Умение составлять акты о несоответствии, фиксировать нарушения и оформлять замечания. Формирование отчетных документов (таблиц, презентаций). Чтение проектной и рабочей документации, особенно в части, касающейся монтажа технологических трубопроводов; Управление и координации подрядчиков, составление заявок на материалы и оборудование. Уверенный пользователь ПК.
