The posting

Оказание медпомощи новорожденным и недоношенным детям после рождения (в родильном зале). Осуществлять медицинское обследование с целью установление диагноза. Осуществлять проведение мероприятий ЗОЖ. Осуществлять оказание экстренной помощи. Соблюдать санитарно-гигиенического и противоэпидемического режима в стационаре. Осматривать всех новорожденных, поступивших в первые сутки и ежедневно проводит обход новорожденных совместно с палатной сестрой. Назначать и организовывать проведение лабораторных и инструментальных исследований у новорожденных и недоношенных детей. Проводить диагностические манипуляции: взятие крови из пупочной вены, определение группы крови и резус-фактора, пульсоксиметрию и пр. Проводить респираторную терапию, включая аппаратную искусственную вентиляцию лёгких, пункцию плевральной полости и люмбальную пункцию, гемотрансфузию и операции обменного переливания крови. Организовывать и проводить мероприятия по поддержке грудного вскармливания. Осуществлять транспортировку новорождённого из родильного зала в соответствии с его состоянием, в том числе поддерживать температуру тела и функции жизненно важных органов и систем по транспортировке. Вести первичную учётную и отчётную документацию. Вносить результаты осмотров новорождённого, данные о проведённых исследованиях и мероприятиях.

Высшее образование - специалитет по одной из специальностей: "Лечебное дело", "Педиатрия" Подготовка в интернатуре/ординатуре по специальности "Неонатология" или профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Неонатология" при наличии подготовки в интернатуре/ординатуре по одной из специальностей: "Анестезиология-реаниматология","Педиатрия". Действующая аккредитация по специальности "Неонатология". Готовы рассмотреть кандидатов без опыта работы.
