1) В рамках трудовой функции организации условий размещения воспитанников и работников, обеспечения эффективного использования помещений и коммуникаций 2) В рамках трудовой функции организации и контроля материально-технического обеспечения условий образовательного процесса и деятельности работников 3) В рамках трудовой функции организации работы обслуживающего персонала ДОУ 4) В рамках трудовой функции документационного сопровождения процессов использования и обслуживания зданий, помещений и оборудования 5) Осуществляет организацию административно-хозяйственной деятельности дошкольного образовательного учреждения 6) Участвует в подборе и расстановке кадров обслуживающего персонала. Ведет учет рабочего времени обслуживающего персонала ДОУ, составляет табель рабочего времени 7) Контролирует исправность освещения, отопления, вентиляционных систем, сетей электро-, водо-, теплоснабжения, организовывает их периодический осмотр и необходимый текущий ремонт 8) Проводит на рабочих местах работников первичные, повторные, целевые инструктажи по охране труда 9) В качестве ответственного за обеспечение пожарной безопасности в ДОУ, составляет планы мероприятий по пожарной безопасности, готовит проекты приказов и инструкций по подобным вопросам, проводит обучение работников детского сада и инструктажи по пожарной безопасности

Управлять персоналом, планировать рабочий процесс и ставить конкретные задачи, организовывать труд обслуживающего персонала в соответствии с нормами и требованиями охраны труда, пожарной и электробезопасности; организовывать процесс закупки необходимых для детского сада оборудования, материалов и иных товаров или услуг; компьютерные программы для учета, систематизации и анализа данных, справочно-правовые системы, ресурсы сети Интернет и оргтехнику.
