The ideal candidate has hands-on Amazon experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex catalog challenges.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

● Manage and maintain product listings within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central

● Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues, including suppressed listings, detail page errors, stranded inventory, and variation inconsistencies

● Conduct regular detail page audits to identify opportunities for content improvement, compliance, and conversion optimization

● Upload and manage product images, ensuring they meet Amazon requirements and enhance the customer experience

● Monitor and report on catalog health, listing performance, and issue resolution status

● Update sales trackers and other internal reporting

● Create and execute A/B tests on product listing content and evaluate the results to determine which variations improve listing performance ● Run Amazon promotional campaigns and monitor their impact on product performance ● Use Amazon Product Opportunity Explorer to identify niche, keyword, competitor, product-feature, review, and return insights that can inform listing optimization ● Use Smart Scout and other approved Amazon research tools to monitor organic ranking performance following listing changes ● Proactively monitor parent-child variations across catalogs to identify and correct variation issues before they negatively affect catalog structure or customer experience ● Perform catalog optimization and maintenance across catalogs of varying sizes, including large catalogs with thousands of products ● Complete assigned catalog tasks independently and accurately, escalating only when clarification or assistance is required ● Maintain internal trackers and client-required updates related to catalog optimization, testing, and ongoing catalog maintenance

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

● Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listings and priorities

● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting

● Proficiency with Google Tools (Gmail, Tasks, Keep Notes, Google Sheets)

● Experience conducting A/B testing for Amazon product listings and interpreting test results ● Experience using Amazon Product Opportunity Explorer for product and listing research ● Ability to analyze organic ranking performance to evaluate the effectiveness of listing optimizations ● Experience managing and maintaining parent-child variations across large Amazon catalogs ● Ability to manage large-scale catalog updates while maintaining a high level of accuracy ● Strong ability to work independently from task lists and complete assignments accurately without continuous supervision ● Ability to identify when clarification or escalation is needed and communicate issues promptly ● Experience with Amazon promotional campaigns and catalog-related testing

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
