Title: I-CPT-11658 WordPress Website Design & Development

Independent Contractor – I-CPT-11658 WordPress Website Design & Development/Service Category/Tier Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Project Objectives •Create a clean, modern, professional website for the new real estate business. •Build the website on WordPress so routine content, contact information, and property listings can be managed through the WordPress admin area. •Create clear, distinct pathways for the three primary audiences: people buying a home, people selling a home, and people relocating to the local area. •Provide a simple property-listing presentation that can be maintained by the client through the website administration area. •Provide clear contact/inquiry forms so prospective clients can submit their name, email, phone number, and message and have the inquiry delivered to the designated email address. •Incorporate the required brokerage branding and presentation specifications supplied by the client. •Deliver a responsive website that works appropriately across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

A. Website Structure & Information Architecture •Develop a simple website structure of up to six primary pages based on the meeting discussion: Home, About Me, Buying, Selling, Relocation, and Contact. •Organize navigation so visitors can quickly identify the three distinct service/audience areas: Buying, Selling, and Relocation. •Use a consistent visual system for typography, spacing, buttons, imagery, navigation, and page sections to create a professional full-service business appearance. •Keep the structure simple and practical so the website can be delivered within the agreed project effort.

B. WordPress Setup & Content Management •Set up the website using WordPress CMS on the client’s GoDaddy hosting environment. •Configure the website so routine content and property-listing information can be updated through the WordPress admin area rather than requiring hard-coded changes. •Assist the client, if needed, with the basic GoDaddy domain and WordPress hosting setup process. Any GoDaddy/domain/hosting charges are paid directly by the client. •Where hosting access permits, build and review the website before final production launch and then publish the approved version to the client’s live domain.

C. Homepage •Create a professional homepage that introduces the business and establishes a strong first impression. •Clearly communicate the three-core service/audience pathways: Buying, Selling, and Relocation. •Use prominent calls to action that encourage visitors to learn more or contact LaShekia. •Incorporate client-provided business information, imagery, branding and relevant brokerage requirements.

D. Buying Page •Create a dedicated page focused on people who are looking to buy a home. •Present content around how LaShekia can support buyers through the home-buying process, based on client-provided information. •Include an appropriate call to action/contact option for visitors who want assistance with buying a home. •Where applicable, provide a pathway to view relevant available property listings.

E. Selling Page •Create a dedicated page focused on homeowners or prospective sellers who need assistance selling a property. •Present seller-focused information and the services/support LaShekia provides, using client-approved content. •Include a clear inquiry/contact call to action for prospective sellers.

F. Relocation Page •Create a dedicated relocation page for people who do not currently live in the local area but are considering relocating there. •Explain the relocation support/service offering using client-provided information. •Where appropriate, include information about the neighborhoods/local areas served, based on content supplied by the client. •Include a clear call to action encouraging relocation prospects to submit an inquiry.

G. Property Listing Functionality •Create a manageable property-listing structure within WordPress that allows the client to add and maintain listings from the admin area. •Support core listing information discussed in the meeting, such as property images, property title/name, and address or short address where applicable. •Allow visitors to select a listing and view the relevant property information. •Provide an inquiry/contact action from a listing so an interested visitor can submit an inquiry directly to LaShekia. •The listing structure will be scalable so additional properties can be added in the future without rebuilding the website. •Direct MLS/IDX feed integration, automated MLS synchronization, or third-party listing-feed development is not included in this SOW unless separately scoped and approved.

H. Contact & Lead Capture •Create a simple Contact page with the client’s approved contact information. •Configure a contact/inquiry form for prospective clients. •The form will collect basic lead information such as first name, last name, email, phone, and message, consistent with the form demonstrated during the meeting. •Configure form submissions to generate an email notification to the client/designated recipient. •Perform functional testing to confirm that test inquiries are successfully received.

I. Brokerage Branding & Visual Requirements •Incorporate the brokerage branding supplied by the client. •Follow the client-provided brokerage requirements regarding the display of the brokerage name/logo and the client’s name. •Use the client-provided brokerage logo and other approved branding assets where applicable. •A separate new-business logo design is not included unless separately requested and approved.

J. Responsive Design & Quality Assurance •Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes. •Optimize navigation, forms, text, images, spacing, and major page sections for smaller screens. •Test the primary navigation, contact forms, listing functionality, links, and key page components. •Resolve defects directly related to the agreed scope that are identified during the QA/launch period.

K. Launch & Handoff •Assist with final production launch after client review and approval. •Provide WordPress administrative access/ownership to the client upon completion.

•Provide basic guidance for routine updates such as editing contact information and adding/updating property listings.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
