  • Du unterstützt unser Team im Recruiting und begleitest den Bewerbungsprozess von der Ausschreibung bis zur Kommunikation mit mit unseren Bewerber:innen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Bewerber und sorgst für eine professionelle und wertschätzende Kommunikation.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Pflege und Verwaltung von Personaldaten.
  • Du wirkst bei spannenden HR-Projekten mit und kannst dabei eigene Ideen einbringen.
  • Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im HR-Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles rundläuft.

Profil & Fähigkeiten

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben und möchtest praktische HR-Erfahrung sammeln.
  • Du interessierst dich für Personal, Recruiting und die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und sorgfältig.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und trittst freundlich und professionell auf.
  • Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
