Labeling & Artwork Review - ตรวจสอบฉลากสินค้า (Artwork) ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายอาหารและข้อกำหนดของประเทศไทยและประเทศปลายทาง - ตรวจสอบข้อมูลส่วนประกอบ ข้อมูลโภชนาการ สารก่อภูมิแพ้ ข้อความคำเตือน และข้อความกล่าวอ้างทางการตลาด - ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ทีม Product Development, Marketing, Quality และ Commercial เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงด้านกฎหมายก่อนการเปิดตัวสินค้า 3. Regulatory Intelligence - ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และอัปเดตกฎหมายอาหาร ข้อกำหนด และแนวปฏิบัติของประเทศไทยและประเทศปลายทางอย่างสม่ำเสมอ - ประเมินผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎหมายต่อผลิตภัณฑ์และธุรกิจ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงาน - จัดทำฐานข้อมูลและระบบติดตามข้อกำหนดด้าน Regulatory ของแต่ละประเทศ 4. Government & Authority Liaison - ประสานงานกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลในต่างประเทศ ห้องปฏิบัติการ และหน่วยงานรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้อง - เป็นผู้แทนบริษัทในการติดต่อ ชี้แจง และตอบข้อซักถามจากหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลทั้งในและต่างประเทศ - สนับสนุนการจัดการประเด็นด้านกฎหมายจากการตรวจประเมิน ข้อร้องเรียน หรือข้อซักถามจากลูกค้าและคู่ค้า 5. Cross-functional Collaboration - ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Product Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales และ OEM Manufacturers เพื่อให้โครงการสามารถดำเนินการได้ตามแผน - สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาและผลักดันโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Regulatory ให้สำเร็จตามกำหนดเวลา - จัดทำ SOP, Guideline และฝึกอบรมด้านกฎหมายอาหารให้กับหน่วยงานภายใน คุณสมบัติ - ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร (Food Science), เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร (Food Technology) หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Regulatory Affairs, Food Law, Product Registration หรือ Food Compliance อย่างน้อย 5 ปี - มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมายอาหารทั้งประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ - มีประสบการณ์ตรวจสอบฉลากอาหาร ข้อมูลโภชนาการ และข้อความกล่าวอ้างทางการตลาด - มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน FDA หรือ Regulatory Authority ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ - มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม หรือ FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ความรู้และทักษะ - มีความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายอาหารไทยและข้อกำหนดของประเทศปลายทาง - มีความเข้าใจด้าน Food Labeling, Nutrition Labeling, Claims, Product Registration และ Food Compliance - สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและประเมินความเสี่ยงด้าน Regulatory ได้ - มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการโครงการ การสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารและจัดทำเอกสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - มี Mindset แบบ Ownership รับผิดชอบงานจนบรรลุผลสำเร็จ - กล้าสื่อสารอย่างตรงไปตรงมา บนพื้นฐานของข้อมูลและข้อเท็จจริง - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและยึดมั่นในหลัก Compliance ขององค์กร
