Разработка плана-графика, подготовка изменений для внесения в план-график, размещение в единой информационной системе плана-графика и внесённых в него изменений. Подготовка и размещение в единой информационной системе извещений о проведении закупок, документации о закупках и проектов контрактов. Определение и обоснование начальной (максимальной) стоимости контракта. Организация обязательного общественного обсуждения закупки товара, работы либо услуги в случаях, установленных законом. Внесение изменений в план-графики, документы о закупках или отмена закупок с учётом результатов общественного обсуждения. Размещение отчётов заказчика, установленных законом Российской Федерации и другими нормативно-правовыми актами о контрактной системе в области закупок. Обеспечение проведения закупок и заключения контрактов. Участие в рассмотрении дел об обжаловании результатов определения поставщиков (подрядчиков, исполнителей) и подготовка материалов для проведения претензионной работы. Организация консультаций с поставщиками (подрядчиками, исполнителями) в ходе планирования закупок и участие в таких консультациях. Соблюдение должностной инструкции и поддержание необходимого уровня квалификации, требуемого для выполнения своих обязанностей. Не допущение разглашения информации, ставшей известной во время процесса определения поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя), исключая случаи, прямо предусмотренные законодательством Российской Федерации.

Образование: высшее образование с уровнем бакалавриат или дополнительное профессиональное образование по программам повышения квалификации в сфере закупок. Опыт работы: не менее трёх лет в сфере закупок. Некоторые умения, которые должен уметь специалист: использовать вычислительную и иную вспомогательную технику, средства связи и коммуникаций; создавать и вести информационную базу данных; определять ценообразующие параметры товаров, работ, услуг; рассчитывать степень влияния ценообразующих параметров; составлять заключения по результатам проведённого анализа; консолидировать сведения в рамках закупочной деятельности; проверять необходимую документацию для проведения закупочной процедуры; осуществлять мониторинг поставщиков (подрядчиков, исполнителей) и заказчиков в сфере закупок.
