Получение задания на выполнение работ по обслуживанию, ремонту санитарно-технических систем и оборудования и устранению аварий на санитарно-технических системах и оборудовании. 2. Осмотр территории, под которой проложен выпуск канализационного лежака от стены здания до первого колодца, на предмет обнаружения промоин, провалов, испарений. 3. Осмотр внутридомовых водопроводно-канализационных сетей для выявления неисправностей. 4. Замер параметров теплоносителя и воды (давления, температуры, расхода) в помещениях. 5. Осмотр контрольно-измерительных приборов. 6. Проверка герметичности участков трубопроводов. 7. Проверка состояния элементов внутренней канализации, канализационных вытяжек, дренажных систем. 8. Информирование работника более высокого уровня квалификации при выявлении неисправностей, обнаружении дефектов или низкого качества материалов, а также работ, выполненных с отклонением от проекта или технических условий. 9. Подбор и проверка материалов и инструментов в соответствии с полученным заданием на проведение работ по обслуживанию, ремонту канализационных сетей и устранению аварий на канализационных сетях.
