Врач- нефролог: 1.Оказывает населению плановую, экстренную и неотложную консультативную медицинскую помощь по своей специальности в амбулаторных условиях, используя современные методы профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации. 2.Планирует и анализирует свою работу. 3.Организует и самостоятельно проводит специальные диагностические исследования и интерпретирует их результаты. 4.Оформляет медицинскую документацию установленного образца в соответствии с требованиями Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации. 5. Проводит экспертизу нетрудоспособных больных, своевременно определяет показания для направления на МСЭ. 6.Оказывает консультативную помощь в подразделениях учреждения. 7.Участвует в консультировании участковых терапевтов по вопросам планирования и формирования заявок для обеспечения льготными препаратами отдельных категорий граждан. 8.Участвует в работе ВК для отбора пациентов на дорогостоящие виды лечения, санаторно-курортное лечение. 9.Контролирует патронаж на дому участковыми терапевтами немобильных пациентов с нефрологической патологией и при необходимости осуществление консультаций на дому. 10. Направляет больных с установленным или вероятным диагнозом планово и экстренно в профильные отделения стационаров города. Осуществляет контроль за обеспечением преемственности и этапности оказания помощи нефрологическим больным. 11.Отвечает за связь и своевременное предоставление информации для городского регистра ХПН. 12.Составляет отчёты о проведенной работе и представляет его руководству. 13.Соблюдает принципы врачебной этики и деонтологии. 14.Повышает свою квалификацию. 15.Руководит работой среднего медицинского персонала.

Диплом о высшем медицинском образовании; Сертификат, аккредитация "Нефрология"; Квалифицированное оказание медицинской помощи в рамках амбулаторно-поликлинической практики согласно стандартам медицинского обслуживания. Комплексный подход к лечению пациента. Направление к другим специалистам клиники; Должен обладать: деловыми качествами; компетентностью в избранной области деятельности; ответственностью за результаты своей работы; требовательностью к себе и подчиненным; доброжелательностью к пациентам и коллегам; соблюдать нормы медицинской этики и деонтологии. Знание современных препаратов, а также диагностических тенденций в своей области.
