Организовать целенаправленный воспитательно-образо вательный процесс ДОУ в рамках единого образователь ного пространства. Обеспечивать выполнение инструкций по охране жизни и здоровья детей, правила норм охраны труда, техники безопасности и противопожарной защиты, санитарно-гигиенических норм и требований, осуществлять контроль за выполнением инструкций воспитателями ДОУ. Оказывать помощь воспитателям в создании развивающей среды в группах, осуществлять подбор педагогических пособий, игрового, дидактического материала в соответствии с возрастными особенностями детей дошкольного возраста, участвовать в оснащении групп и кабинетов современным оборудованием, наглядными пособиями, методической, художественной и периодической литературой, игрушками. Оказывать помощь воспитателям в использовании разнообразных педагогических целесообразных методов, приемов и средств обучения в соответствии с возрастными особенностями детей. Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением режима дня (с учетом возраста детей), вовлечение детей в разнообразные виды деятельности, осуществлением гигиенического ухода за детьми раннего возраста, организацией работы по самообслуживанию. Осуществлять контроль коррекционной - развивающей работы на основе изучения индивидуальных особенностей детей (проведения педагогической диагностики), рекомендаций педагога-психолога, музыкального руководителя, инструктора по физической культуре, учителя - логопеда. Способствовать выявлению и развитию способностей детей.
