The posting

Контроль условий и режима. Следит за санитарно-гигиеническим состоянием помещений и территории сада. Контролирует организацию питания: качество продуктов, их хранение, соблюдение сроков реализации, технологию приготовления блюд. Проверяет соблюдение режима дня, проведение утренней гимнастики, физкультурных занятий, прогулок. Следит за индивидуализацией вещей (постельные принадлежности, полотенца, шкафы), правильной обработкой посуды, игрушек, горшков. Контролирует проведение текущей дезинфекции. 2. Работа с детьми и медицинское обслуживание. Проводит утренний фильтр: осматривает детей, измеряет температуру, проверяет на педикулёз. Готовит детей к осмотру врачей-специалистов, участвует в этих осмотрах. Проводит антропометрические измерения (рост, вес, окружность грудной клетки) и оценивает физическое развитие. Оказывает первичную доврачебную помощь при острых заболеваниях или травмах. При необходимости сопровождает ребёнка в медицинское учреждение. Выполняет назначения врача, проводит назначенные процедуры. Организует профилактические прививки, контролирует состояние детей после вакцинации, регистрирует реакции. Наблюдает за детьми из группы риска (с хроническими заболеваниями), ведёт их учёт. Проводит осмотры детей, вернувшихся после болезни или бывших в контакте с инфекционными больными. При подозрении на острое заболевание изолирует ребёнка и организует за ним уход в изоляторе. 3. Организационные и документальные задачи. Координирует работу медицинского блока. Готовит заявки на медикаменты, дезинфекционные средства, медицинские инструменты и аппаратуру, контролирует их получение. Ведёт медицинскую документацию: журналы, карты детей, учёт отсутствующих по болезни. Анализирует медико-статистическую информацию, выявляет тенденции в заболеваемости. Проводит санитарно-просветительскую работу с родителями (консультации, оформление стендов) и с сотрудниками сада (инструктажи по санитарно-эпидемиологическому режиму). Участвует в педагогических советах по вопросам здоровья детей. При необходимости взаимодействует с детской поликлиникой для отслеживания эпидемиологической обстановки в районе.
