* Objetivo do trabalho: O Coordenador de Unidade tem como objetivo garantir a excelência nas operações e atendimento da unidade, visando a satisfação dos alunos e o alcance das metas estabelecidas. Esse profissional deve assegurar um ambiente propício ao bem-estar e à prática de atividades físicas, supervisionando a equipe e implementando estratégias para o crescimento da unidade.

* Responsabilidades:

- Supervisionar as operações diárias da unidade, garantindo a manutenção da infraestrutura e equipamentos em perfeito estado de funcionamento para oferecer uma experiência de qualidade ao aluno.

- Coordenar a equipe, promovendo treinamento contínuo, avaliação de desempenho e oferecendo suporte nas atividades diárias, com foco no atendimento ao cliente e na resolução de problemas.

- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais e de marketing para atrair e reter alunos, monitorando as métricas de desempenho e ajustando as ações conforme necessário.

- Gerenciar o orçamento da unidade, incluindo controle de despesas e propostas de ações para otimização de recursos financeiros, com a finalidade de maximizar a rentabilidade.

- Interagir com outras áreas da empresa, para alinhar metas e iniciativas que fortaleçam a presença da academia na comunidade.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em gerenciamento de operações e atendimento ao cliente, com capacidade para resolver problemas de forma eficaz.

- Habilidade em gerenciamento de equipe, com experiência em condução de treinamentos e avaliação de desempenho.

- Habilidade em comunicação eficaz, tanto interna quanto externa, para engajamento de clientes e motivação da equipe.

* Qualificações educacionais: Graduação em Educação Física.
