The posting

Подготавливать сырые продукты (мыть овощи, фрукты) для дальнейшей кулинарной обработки. Транспортировать продукты к месту хранения в пищеблоке во время доставки. Содержать в чистоте и порядке кухонный инвентарь и оборудование. Мыть бочки, поддоны, противни, разделочные доски и кухонный инвентарь (ножи, половники, тёрки, чайники, кастрюли) с моющими средствами. Убирать закреплённые за ним помещения пищеблока: удалять пыль, мыть полы, стены, оконные рамы и стёкла, шкафы, стеллажи. Собирать и утилизировать производственные отходы в специальные контейнеры. Очищать мусоросборники, промывать их дезинфицирующим раствором, собирать мусор и относить его в установленное место. Чистить и дезинфицировать мойки, раковины и другое санитарно-техническое оборудование. Проверять (в начале и в конце рабочего дня) исправность оборудования, мебели, замков и иных запорных устройств, оконных стёкол, кранов, раковин, электроприборов и отопительных приборов.

На должность кухонного рабочего принимаются лица, достигшие 18 лет, без предъявления к стажу работы. знание наименования кухонной посуды, инвентаря, инструментов, их назначения в соответствии с маркировкой; владение безопасными приёмами работы по переноске, погрузке, разгрузке, транспортировке грузов; обучение и наличие навыков оказания первой помощи.
