Организационное, документальное и информационное обеспечение деятельности руководителя; - Ведение делопроизводства, документооборота предприятия; - Приём и распределение телефонных звонков; - Ведение учёта исходящей и входящей корреспонденции, распределение документов по подразделениям, контроль сроков и выполнения задач работниками; - Подготовка писем, справок, таблиц, сводок по поручениям и распоряжениям; - Оформление и отправка почты; - Обеспечение работы офиса (заказ канцтоваров, обслуживание офисной кофемашины, организация технического обслуживания и ремонта офисной техники); - Заказ материалов для выполнения дорожных работ по заявкам начальников участков и мастеров (дорожные знаки, битум, ограждения и т.д.); - Подготовка и отправка сведений по определениям МТУ Ространснадзора по СЗФО; - Составление договоров на аренду спецтехники и продажу транспортных средств; - Оформление и ведение учета доверенностей; - Отправка и контроль сроков подачи отчетов; - Выставление счетов на оплату мобильной связи сотрудников предприятия; - Оказание помощи юристу предприятия в юридическом сопровождении сделок (сбор необходимой документации, посещение МФЦ, судов, участие в электронных торгах); - Организация корпоративных мероприятий; - Выполнение поручений руководства предприятия.

- Владение ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя (офисные программы); - Пунктуальность, предельная внимательность и ответственность; - Умение общаться с людьми (грамотная устная речь, доброжелательность, сдержанность, стрессоустойчивость).
