Vi søker nå en trygg og fleksibel tilkallingsassistent som ønsker å bli en del av et BPA-team og bidra til en god og velfungerende hverdag.

Stillingen passer godt for deg som er fleksibel og tilgjengelig på dagtid, samtidig som du har mulighet til å stille opp ekstra ved behov. Det er også viktig at du har anledning til å jobbe i sommer.

🕹️ Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Bistand til daglige gjøremål
  • Matlaging og tilrettelegging av måltider ( fordel om du liker å lage mat )
  • Praktiske oppgaver i hjemmet
  • Følge til og fra avtaler og aktiviteter

Er rolig, pålitelig og bidrar med godt humør i hverdagen. Du trives med å jobbe selvstendig, men samarbeider også godt med andre og kommuniserer på en trygg og tydelig måte. Det er viktig at du har forståelse for hva det innebærer å jobbe som BPA.

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Over 23 år
  • Bosatt i Trondheim
  • Førerkort klasse B
  • Trygg på å kjøre bil
  • Gode norskkunnskaper

Krav til søkere:

Tidligere erfaring som BPA er ikke et krav, men for å jobbe som assistent kreves:

  • Plettfri vandel: Alle våre kandidater må sende inn politiattest før ansettelse.
  • Fysisk god form: En del av jobben som assistent vil være å gjøre de fysiske oppgaver som tjenestemottaker selv ikke er i stand til. Dette betyr at man ikke bør ha noen fysiske belastninger som hindrer en i å hjelpe våre tjenestemottakere av/på rullestol, eller i å utføre husarbeid og ærend.
  • Flytende i norsk, både skriftlig og muntlig: Som assistent må du forstå tjenestemottakerne og kunne hjelpe dem å kommunisere. Vi har derfor høye språkkrav til norsk.
  • Ansvarlig og presis: Våre assistenter jobber som regel alene på skift med tjenestemottaker. Ved å ikke komme presis risikerer man at tjenestemottaker vil være alene uten den hjelp de er avhengig av.
  • God tilpasningsevne og tålmodighet: Det er tjenestemottaker som leder sine assistenter og beslutter hva de ønsker hjelp med, ikke motsatt. Som assistent må man derfor ha gode evner til å lytte, og tilpasse seg tjenestemottakers behov, livstempo og ønsker.
  • Gode mellommenneskelige evner: Som assistent kommer du tett på et annet menneske, ved å være en del av deres hverdag. Gode mellommenneskelige ferdigheter er derfor meget viktig for å komme overens med våre tjenestemottakere.
  • Myndig: Alle våre assistenter må ha fylt 18 år.
