2communicate ist eine etablierte Full-Service-Agentur für Live Communication. Wir konzipieren und realisieren Messeauftritte, Promotionen, Samplings, Roadshows, Events und Sponsoring für unsere Kunden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Neuendorf suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit als

Projektleiter Live Communication mit Messeerfahrung (m/w/d) 100 %

Deine Aufgaben Du betreust Kunden vorwiegend bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Messeauftritten und Events und stehst ihnen dabei als Sparringpartner und Berater zur Seite. Du unterstützt sie dabei, die Ziele, Zielgruppen und das Budget für ihre Messeauftritte und Events zu definieren Du übernimmst die Projektverantwortung von der Auftragsklärung beim Kunden über die Standkonzeption und Planung bis zur termingerechten Montage und Durchführung vor Ort Du koordinierst sämtliche Bereiche der Messe- und Eventumsetzung, vom Standbau über Grafik und Medientechnik bis hin zum Personaleinsatz und stellst eine reibungslose Durchführung sowie die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher Du erarbeitest Offerten, kalkulierst Projekte und erstellst Rechnungen Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst sie weiter. Dabei identifizierst du neue Potenziale für Messe- und Eventprojekte

Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Tourismusbranche, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Event- oder Projektmanagement Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Leitung von Kundenprojekten, idealerweise mit Messeauftritten, Events, Roadshows oder Sponsoringumsetzungen Du kennst die Anforderungen von Ausstellern: Ziele, Budgets, Auf- und Abbauzeiten, Standvorschriften und Logistik Organisationstalent mit hoher Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen Kundenorientierung, wirtschaftliches Denken, Zuverlässigkeit und proaktive Kommunikation gehören zu deinen Stärken Du bist bereit, Verantwortung für die Materialvorbereitung bei Messen und Events zu übernehmen: Du rüstest im Lager selbst das Messe- und Eventmaterial, kontrollierst das von einem Logistiker gerüstete Material vor dem Aufbau und unterstützt das Team vor Ort beim Auf- und Abbau, auch ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten, sofern erforderlich Fahrausweis Kat. B und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch. Ein Fahrausweis der Kat. BE ist von Vorteil. Französisch und Englisch ebenfalls
