Mon partenaire, entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans lusinage de précision, conçoit et fabrique des pièces techniques destinées à des secteurs exigeants : aéronautique, énergie, mécanique générale, machines spéciales, instrumentation

Doté dun parc machines moderne incluant tours CN bi-broche, bi-tourelles, centres multi-axes et machines combinées tournage/fraisage, mon partenaire recherche un Tourneur / Fraiseur CN polyvalent (H/F) pour renforcer ses équipes.

Vous prenez en charge l'usinage complet de pièces techniques, depuis la programmation, les réglages, la production jusqu'au contrôle final, sur des machines avancées de nouvelle génération.

Vos missions

Programmation & préparation

  • Programmer ou modifier les programmes CN (ISO / Fanuc / Mazak / Siemens selon machines).
  • Définir et optimiser les gammes, stratégies outils et trajectoires.
  • Lire et interpréter les plans, modèles 3D et documents de fabrication.
  • Préparer les outils coupants, porte-outils, montages et systèmes de prise de pièces.

Usinage avancé Tournage & Fraisage

  • Usiner des pièces sur : ️ tours bi-broche, ️ tours bi-tourelles, ️ centres multi-axes, ️ machines combinées tournage/fraisage.
  • Réaliser des opérations complexes : axes B/Y, contre-broche, reprises automatisées, opérations synchronisées.
  • Optimiser les cycles et garantir la répétabilité.

Production & suivi

  • Lancer les programmes et valider les premières pièces.
  • Surveiller lusinage, corriger les dérives et assurer la stabilité du process.
  • Renseigner les documents de suivi et assurer la traçabilité.

Contrôle & qualité

  • Contrôler les pièces : dimensionnel, géométrie, aspect.
  • Utiliser les moyens de métrologie : pieds, micromètres, comparateurs, colonnes, alésomètres, tridimensionnelle
  • Garantir la conformité selon les exigences clients.

Organisation & amélioration continue

  • Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau.
  • Maintenir le poste selon les standards 5S.
  • Proposer des améliorations techniques : outillages, trajectoires, stratégies dusinage.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Formation en usinage, productique, mécanique ou équivalent (CAP / Bac Pro / BTS / CQPM).
  • Expérience confirmée en tournage CN (multi-axes, bi-broche, bi-tourelle) et idéalement en fraisage CN.
  • Maîtrise du langage ISO et des environnements CN (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Heidenhain).
  • Lecture de plans complexes et maîtrise du contrôle dimensionnel.
  • Aisance sur divers matériaux : acier, aluminium, inox, inconel, plastiques techniques.

Qualités personnelles

  • Autonomie, précision et sens du détail.
  • Esprit danalyse et capacité doptimisation.
  • Bon relationnel en atelier et esprit déquipe.
  • Rigueur et organisation.

Conditions

  • CDI Horaires journée ou 2x8.
  • Rémunération selon expérience + primes éventuelles.
