Wir suchen einen AI Operations Manager / Prompt Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit vor Ort, der moderne KI-Tools produktiv in unsere Projekte und Arbeitsprozesse integriert. Diese Rolle ist ideal für jemanden, der gerne praktisch arbeitet, schnell versteht, wie neue Tools funktionieren, und daraus konkrete Lösungen für den Arbeitsalltag baut. Du solltest sehr gut mit Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus und ähnlichen Anwendungen umgehen können, starke Prompts entwickeln, KI-Ergebnisse kritisch prüfen und Projekte strukturiert vorantreiben.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du entwickelst, testest und optimierst Prompts für unterschiedliche Anwendungsfälle wie Recherche, Analyse, Textproduktion, Prozessautomatisierung, Kundenkommunikation und interne Workflows.
  • Du arbeitest täglich mit KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus und vergleichbaren Anwendungen und bewertest, welches Tool für welchen Zweck am besten geeignet ist.
  • Du setzt KI-gestützte Workflows in konkreten Projekten um und sorgst dafür, dass Ergebnisse zuverlässig, nachvollziehbar und praktisch nutzbar sind.
  • Du unterstützt die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten und behältst Aufgaben, Deadlines und Ergebnisse im Blick.
  • Du dokumentierst Prompts, Workflows, Learnings und Best Practices, damit das Team dauerhaft davon profitieren kann.
  • Du prüfst KI-Ergebnisse kritisch auf Qualität, Plausibilität, Vollständigkeit und mögliche Fehler.
  • Du erkennst Automatisierungspotenziale in bestehenden Prozessen und entwickelst konkrete Umsetzungsvorschläge.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen.
  • Du kannst sehr gute Prompts schreiben und weißt, wie man durch klare Anweisungen, Kontext, Beispiele und Iterationen bessere Ergebnisse erzielt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Koordination von Aufgaben, digitalen Projekten, Dienstleistern oder internen Prozessen.
  • Du kannst komplexe Themen schnell verstehen, ordnen und in umsetzbare Schritte übersetzen.
  • Du bist neugierig auf neue KI-Tools, testest gerne neue Möglichkeiten und bringst diese sinnvoll in den Arbeitsalltag ein.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Tools, Automatisierung, Prozesse und effiziente Arbeitsweisen.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gutes Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.
