Job Summary

Operate and support cloud and hybrid enterprise application hosting platforms, focusing on SQL Server and .NET workloads to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient application performance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance environments to ensure high availability and performance
  • Support hosting and operational activities for .NET-based enterprise applications and Azure Application Services to meet business needs
  • Monitor system health, apply patches, and coordinate backups to maintain platform stability and data integrity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related incidents promptly to minimize downtime
  • Support integration and manage dependencies between application platforms and on-premises SharePoint environments for seamless operation
  • Provide cross-support for SharePoint on-premises workloads as needed to ensure continuity
  • Manage SSL certificate lifecycle including installation and renewal to secure communications
  • Perform backup and operational support for JD-B1 day-to-day activities when required to maintain business continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Senior experience supporting SQL Server and .NET platforms in enterprise environments
  • Experience operating cloud environments, especially Azure GCC, and hybrid hosting platforms including Azure Key Vault and PowerShell scripting
  • Experience supporting application platforms integrated with on-premises SharePoint environments
