Bij Seniorencampus Drie Eiken kom je als zorgkundige terecht in een warme omgeving waar bewoners zich thuis mogen voelen en waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor onze bewoners en zorgt mee voor hun comfort, welzijn en levenskwaliteit. Samen met verpleegkundigen en collega’s vorm je een hecht team waarin samenwerking en betrokkenheid belangrijk zijn. Bovendien krijg je de kans om je talenten verder te ontwikkelen en extra verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen via verschillende referentietaken.

Jouw dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende handelingen;
  • instaan voor de dagelijkse verzorging en hygiëne van bewoners;
  • bieden van comfortzorg en preventieve zorg;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de toestand van bewoners;
  • ondersteunen bij maaltijden, medicatie en dagelijkse activiteiten;
  • bijdragen aan een aangename, ordelijke en huiselijke leefomgeving;
  • opnemen van referentietaken, afhankelijk van jouw interesses en expertise.

Als zorgkundige bij Seniorencampus Drie Eiken ben je een belangrijke schakel in het dagelijks welzijn van onze bewoners. Je zorgt voor een goede verzorging, hygiëne en comfort en hebt daarbij oog voor hun individuele noden. Samen met je collega’s en verpleegkundigen draag je bij aan warme, persoonsgerichte zorg en een aangename leefomgeving.

Betrokkenheid, nauwkeurigheid en teamgerichtheid zijn daarbij belangrijke kwaliteiten. Je werkt kwaliteitsvol, merkt veranderingen bij bewoners snel op en stemt de zorg af met je collega’s. Met jouw warme aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidszin maak je elke dag opnieuw een verschil.

Verder vragen wij:

  • diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • ervaring is niet vereist;
  • correct uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende handelingen en zorgvuldig observeren en rapporteren;
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • maturiteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin;
  • flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid.
