Вести амбулаторный прием по графику, утвержденному администрацией медучреждения, регулируя поток посетителей путем рационального распределения повторных пациентов. Обеспечивать раннее выявление, квалифицированное и своевременное обследование, лечение, диспансерное наблюдение и реабилитацию пациентов отоларингологического профиля. Выполнять установленный объем государственного задания по обеспечению прикрепленного населения бесплатной медицинской помощью в рамках Территориальной ПГГ по профилю Отоларингология, за отработанный период времени. Проводить диспансерное наблюдение пациентов отоларингологического профиля; а также участвовать в проведении диспансеризации ветеранов ВОВ, ликвидаторов аварии на ЧАЭС и прочих категорий граждан (по показаниям). Обеспечивать правильное и своевременное проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности и направление пациентов на ВК ГБУЗ ПК ГКБ № 3 и в бюро МСЭ. Консультировать пациентов по направлению врачей других специальностей, в т.ч. на дому (по назначению лечащего врача пациента). Осуществлять своевременную госпитализацию пациентов в стационары. Обеспечивать преемственность между поликлиникой и стационарами в обследовании и лечении пациентов. В случае необходимости, оказывать неотложную помощь пациентам, обратившимся в поликлинику ГБУЗ ПК ГКБ № 3 по поводу инородного тела, кровотечения и травм ЛОР-органов; с острыми ожогами пищевода и глотки, стеноза гортани; в случаях острых заболеваний ЛОР-органов с высокой температурой, болями или нарушениями функций; с осложнениями гнойных отитов; с явлениями острого лабиринтита и другими вестибулярными расстройствами. Участвовать в отборе пациентов для оказания высокотехнологичных видов медицинской помощи в соответствии с установленным порядком оказания ВТМП; а также учет лиц, ожидающих и получивших ВТМП по профилю Отоларингология . Проводить среди населения пропаганду санитарно-гигиенических знаний по профилактике отоларингологических заболеваний. Обеспечивать своевременное и правильное заполнение медицинской документации в бумажном виде. Обеспечивать своевременное и правильное ведение медицинской документации в ЕИСЗ ПК (работа в электронной карте пациента, своевременное открытие и закрытие случаев АПП, запись пациентов на исследования и консультации специалистов).
