Подготовка рабочего места. Перед сменой медсестра приводит кабинет в порядок: проводит текущую уборку, готовит дезинфицирующие растворы, проверяет стерильные укладки (сроки годности инструментов, перевязочного материала, медикаментов), накрывает перевязочный стол. Также она следит за исправностью оборудования. Выполнение перевязок по назначению врача. Это ключевая задача. Медсестра обрабатывает ожоговые поверхности антисептическими растворами, накладывает асептические и лечебные повязки (в том числе с специальными раневыми покрытиями гидрогелями, альгинатами, материалами с серебром). При глубоких ожогах процедуры могут требоваться ежедневно, иногда дважды в день. Ассистирование врачу. Медсестра помогает при более сложных манипуляциях: подготовке к первичной хирургической обработке ран, наложении швов, других малых операциях в перевязочном кабинете. Она поэтапно подаёт врачу нужный инструментарий и расходные материалы. Контроль состояния пациента. Во время перевязок медсестра следит за самочувствием больного: оценивает реакцию на манипуляции, обращает внимание на признаки осложнений (например, нагноения раны). Также она может контролировать общие показатели (температуру, пульс, давление), если это входит в её зону ответственности по внутренним инструкциям. Профилактика инфекций. Это критически важно, ведь ожоговая рана открытые ворота для патогенов. Медсестра строго соблюдает правила асептики и антисептики, использует средства индивидуальной защиты (перчатки, маски, стерильные халаты, при работе с инфицированными ранами клеенчатый фартук). Она организует дезинфекцию и предстерилизационную очистку медицинских изделий, контролирует их стерилизацию и правильное хранение. Также в её задачи входит безопасная утилизация медицинских отходов. При возникновении аварийных ситуаций (например, разбрызгивание биологических жидкостей) она проводит экстренные профилактические мероприятия.
