1. Техническое обслуживание и эксплуатация оборудования: Обеспечение работоспособности компьютерной техники (ПК, ноутбуков, серверов) и оргтехники (принтеров, сканеров, МФУ, проекторов). Проведение профилактических работ, ремонт и замена компонентов при необходимости. 2. Конфигурация и поддержка информационных систем: Внедрение, настройка и эксплуатация специализированных программных решений (например, электронной очереди, систем управления базами данных). Обеспечение стабильности и безопасности функционирования ИТ-инфраструктуры медицинской организации. 3 .Администрирование операционных систем: Установка, настройка и обновление ОС (Windows, Linux и др.) на рабочих станциях и серверах. Контроль актуальности программного обеспечения и соблюдения лицензионных соглашений. 4 .Управление программным обеспечением: Интеграция и настройка специализированного ПО для работы с медицинскими данными. Обеспечение совместимости приложений с текущей ИТ-средой и корпоративными стандартами. 5. Проведение инвентаризации и учет активов: Регулярное проведение инвентаризации ИТ-оборудования и программного обеспечения. Ведение актуальной номенклатуры и документального сопровождения. 6. Техническая поддержка персонала: Консультирование сотрудников медицинской организации по вопросам эксплуатации оборудования и программных средств. Оперативное реагирование на запросы пользователей и устранение технических сбоев. 7. Диагностика и устранение инцидентов: Анализ причин неисправностей в ИТ-системах и оборудовании. Реализация решений для восстановления работоспособности с минимальным временем простоя. Ведение отчетности по выявленным и устраненным проблемам. 8. Соблюдение стандартов и норм: Следование требованиям ФЗ-152 О персональных данных и других нормативов в сфере информационной безопасности. Поддержание соответствия внутренним регламентам и стандартам медицинского учреждения. Все обязанности выполняются с учетом специфики медицинской организации, включая необходимость обеспечения конфиденциальности и доступности данных.

Среднее профессиональное образование или прошедшие программу профессиональной переподготовки в области информационной безопасности инфокоммуникационных систем и/или их составляющих .
