The posting

Убирает закреплённую территорию: тротуары, участки вокруг школы. Ежедневно очищает урны от мусора, периодически промывает и дезинфицирует их. Собирает мусор, транспортирует его в контейнеры (мусоросборники) с закрывающимися крышками, которые стоят на оборудованных площадках с водонепроницаемым покрытием. Не допускает скопления мусора на территории. В летний период не менее двух раз в сезон косит траву. Поливает зелёные насаждения. Осматривает и очищает дождеприёмные решётки. Зимой расчищает проходы во время снегопада, скалывает наледь, посыпает тротуары и площадки песком или противогололёдными составами

Дворник должен знать: СанПиН и санитарные правила для образовательных организаций (например, СП 2.4.3648‑20). Они задают нормы чистоты, порядок обращения с мусором, требования к площадкам, урнам, контейнерным зонам. Правила благоустройства муниципалитета. Часто в них прописаны нормы уборки снега, посыпки дорожек, вывоза листвы и т. п. Сезонные регламенты школы. В каждой школе есть локальные акты: график уборки, зоны ответственности, порядок взаимодействия с завхозом, что делать при ЧС. Правила применения реагентов и моющих средств. В школе важно использовать только разрешённые составы, соблюдать дозировки и не допускать контакта с детьми. Основы первой помощи и порядок действий при ЧП. Где аптечка, как вызвать скорую, кому доложить, как оградить опасный участок. Планировку территории и опасные места. Где расположены крышки колодцев, ливнёвки, торчащие элементы, скользкие участки, навесы (сосульки зимой) чтобы вовремя их контролировать. Дворник должен уметь: Поддерживать безопасную и чистую территорию в течение дня. Подметать, убирать мусор, очищать урны, следить, чтобы на дорожках не было битого стекла, проволоки, острых предметов это критично для детей. Работать с инвентарём и малой механизацией. Лопаты, скребки, метлы, воздуходувки, подметальные тележки; уметь обслуживать и хранить инвентарь, вовремя сообщать о поломках. Убирать снег и наледь по школьным стандартам. Расчищать проходы к входам, ступеням, спортплощадкам, посыпать дорожки разрешёнными материалами, складировать снег в отведённых местах, не перекрывая пути эвакуации и доступ к гидрантам. Обслуживать ливневую канализацию. Очищать решётки и лотки от листвы и мусора, чтобы не было подтоплений на дорожках и у входов. Поливать и ухаживать за зелёными зонами. Полив газонов, клумб, своевременный покос травы (чтобы не было высокой травы и клещей), уборка листвы. Дезинфицировать урны и контейнерные площадки. По регламенту школы: периодичность, составы, меры защиты. Фиксировать и сообщать о проблемах. Трещины на асфальте, сломанные скамейки, открытые колодцы, сосульки на навесах всё это нужно вовремя заметить и передать завхозу.
