Получает необходимые начальнику Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3 сведения от подразделений или исполнителей, вызывает по его поручению работников. Организует телефонные переговоры начальника Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3, принимает и передает телефонограммы, записывает в его отсутствие принятые сообщения и доводит до сведения руководителя их содержание. Осуществляет работу по подготовке заседаний и совещаний, проводимых начальником Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3 (сбор необходимых материалов, оповещение участников о времени, месте, повестке дня заседания или совещания, их регистрация). Обеспечивает рабочее место начальника Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3 канцелярскими принадлежностями, средствами организационной техники, создает условия, способствующие эффективной работе руководителя. Передает и принимает информацию по приемно-переговорным устройствам (факс, телефакс и др.). Печатает по указанию руководителя различные материалы. Ведет делопроизводство, принимает поступающую на имя начальника Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3 корреспонденцию, осуществляет ее систематизацию в соответствии с принятым в учреждении порядком и передает после ее рассмотрения руководителем в подразделения или конкретным исполнителям для использования в процессе их работы либо подготовки ответа. Отправляет исходящую корреспонденцию после подготовки исполнителем всей необходимой документации. Следит за сроками выполнения поручений начальника Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3, взятых на контроль. Принимает документы на подпись начальнику Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3 . Организует прием посетителей путем предварительной записи или непосредственного назначения приема начальником Пятигорского филиала ГБУЗ СК КСПБ №3, содействует оперативности рассмотрения просьб и предложений работников. Формирует дела в соответствии с утвержденной номенклатурой, обеспечивает их сохранность и в установленные сроки сдает в архив.
