Медицинская сестра ЭНДОСКОПИЧЕСКОГО кабинета обязана: - перед проведением эндоскопического исследования врачом эндоскопистом подготовить рабочее место, аппаратуру, необходимый медицинский инструментарий, медикаменты для каждого исследования, обеспечитьих комплектность и сохранность; - проверить состояния медицинской документации у пациентов, направленных на эндоскопию, регулировать потока и очередности исследований пациентов; - своевременно выполить назначений врача эндоскописта по подготовке больного к исследованию; - проведение необходимой анестезии; - наблюдение за пациентом во время исследования; - оказать активную помощь врачу эндоскописту в проведении исследования, четко выполняя все его указания; - оказание помощи пациенту после исследования, разъяснение ему правила соблюдения необходимого режима в связи с проведением эндоскопии; - проведение дезинфекции и стерилизации эндоскопического оборудования, мероприятия по соблюдению требований гигиены и санитарно-противоэпидемического режима.

- Среднее профессиональное образование по специальности "Сестринское дело" или Профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Сестринское дело" при наличии среднего профессионального образования по одной из специальностей: "Лечебное дело", "Акушерское дело" - Обучение на цикле повышения квалификации "Сестринское дело в эндоскопии" - Наличие действующей аккредитации по специальности "Сестринское дело" В организации действует система наставничества для молодых специалистов Меры соц.поддержки: Выплата при первом трудоустройстве в государственную медицинскую организацию Калининградской области в размере 337 500 рублей (право на получение выплаты спустя два месяца с момента трудоустройства); Компенсация расходов на оплату найма жилого помещения - оплата в течение 3-х лет. Максимальный размер компенсации стоимости одного месяца найма жилого помещения не может превышать 15000 (пятнадцати тысяч) рублей; Компенсация фактических расходов на переезд из других субъектов РФ (не более 100 000 рублей) (право на получение компенсации после получения выплаты при первом трудоустройстве); денежная выплата на приобретение жилого помещения на основании жилищного сертификата 2500000 рублей (при наличии стажа работы по специальности "Сестринское дело" в Калининградской области не менее 3 лет); Содействие в устройстве детей в дошкольные и школьные образовательные учреждения.
