Инструктаж пациентов. Перед прохождением профилактического осмотра или диспансеризации медсестра объясняет, как действовать, в какой последовательности проходить исследования. Доврачебный скрининг. Проводит анкетирование, чтобы выявить факторы риска хронических неинфекционных заболеваний (курение, злоупотребление алкоголем, низкая физическая активность, нездоровое питание). Выполняет измерения: антропометрию (рост, вес, окружность талии), артериальное давление, уровень глюкозы и общего холестерина (часто экспресс-методом), при необходимости внутриглазного давления (бесконтактным способом). На основе данных помогает определить суммарный сердечно-сосудистый риск. Формирование маршрутной карты . По результатам исследований медсестра заполняет учётную форму (например, Маршрутная карта диспансеризации ), чтобы при необходимости направить пациента к узкому специалисту. Учёт и отчётность. Ведёт учёт граждан, прошедших каждый этап осмотра, собирает данные для отчётности и передаёт их в установленные сроки. Профилактическое консультирование. Проводит индивидуальные беседы или групповые занятия ( школы пациента ), чтобы помочь скорректировать факторы риска: даёт рекомендации по питанию, двигательной активности, управлению стрессом, отказу от вредных привычек. Направление к специалистам. При наличии медицинских показаний направляет пациентов к врачам-специалистам Пропаганда здорового образа жизни. Участвует в информационных кампаниях: готовит материалы, выступает на собраниях, мотивирует пациентов регулярно проходить профилактические осмотры. kirscrb.medkirov.rubase.garant.ru Соблюдение санитарно-эпидемиологического режима. Строго следует правилам асептики и антисептики, правильно организует рабочее место, проводит дезинфекцию и предстерилизационную очистку инструментов. Работа с документацией и информационными системами. Ведёт медицинскую документацию (в том числе электронную), использует медицинские информационные системы для учёта и анализа данных.

Среднее профессиональное образование (СПО) по специальности Сестринское дело . Либо СПО по Лечебному делу или Акушерскому делу плюс программа профессиональной переподготовки по Сестринскому делу .
