The posting

1. Расчет и начисление заработной платы сотрудникам гимназии, начисление пособий, отпускных, командировочных, больничных. 2. Расчет налога на доходы физических лиц и страховых взносов. Расчет прочих начислений на заработную плату и удержаний из заработной платы. 3. Учёт трудового времени и заработной платы. 4. Работа с первичными кадровыми документами (приём на работу, кадровое перемещение, увольнение). 5. Контроль первичной документации, используемой при расчете зарплаты, отражение соответствующих операций на счетах бухгалтерского учета. 6. Формирование бухгалтерской, статистической и налоговой отчетности в части учета расчетов по заработной плате, направление отчетности в контролирующие органы. 7. Выполнение перечисленных в пунктах 1-6 обязанностей путем работы в программном комплексе АС "СМЕТА" на уровне уверенного пользователя.

1. Наличие высшего или среднего профессионального образования по специальностям "Бухгалтерский учет", "Экономика", "Финансы" или подобным им. 2. Знание законодательных требований в области начисления заработной платы. 3. Уверенное владение программным комплексом АС "СМЕТА" и опыт работы по начислению зарплаты с применением указанной компьютерной программы - не менее 1 года. 4. Знание механизмов подготовки налоговой и статистической отчетности, связанной с заработной платой, соблюдение сроков ее предоставления. 5. Применение формул, способов и методов проверки правильности исчисления заработной платы. 6. Понимание системы документооборота, правил архивации и хранения документов на участке бухгалтерии по расчету заработной платы.
