The posting

Обеспечивать безаварийную и экономичную работу теплотехнического оборудования и систем. Проводить расчеты тепловых нагрузок, гидравлические и прочностные расчеты. Составлять графики ППР, контролировать их выполнение, участвовать в ремонтах. Анализировать режимы работы, показания приборов учета, выявлять резервы экономии ТЭР. Готовить технические задания на проектирование, ремонт и реконструкцию. Проверять проектно-сметную документацию от подрядчиков. Осуществлять авторский надзор за монтажом и ремонтом. Участвовать в комиссиях по приемке в эксплуатацию новых систем и оборудования. Разрабатывать мероприятия по повышению надежности и энергоэффективности. Вести установленную техническую и отчетную документацию. Составлять заявки на материалы, оборудование, инструмент. Контролировать соблюдение подчиненным персоналом правил охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности. Внедрять передовой опыт и новые технологии. Отвечает за исправное состояние технических устройств ОПО (трубопровод ГВС).

среднее профессиональное образование (предпочтительно "Теплоснабжение и теплотехническое оборудование"_; опыт работы не менее одного года в области эксплуатации систем теплоснабжения; знание особенностей работы тепловых устройств; умение проводить точные расчёты.
