Обязанности: Руководство деятельностью отделения. Заведующий организует работу в соответствии с положением об отделении, его целями и задачами. Он планирует деятельность, расставляет кадры с учётом их квалификации, формирует нормативную и методическую базу. Контроль качества медицинской помощи. Он следит, чтобы врачи правильно ставили диагнозы и назначали лечение в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями. В ходе лечебно-диагностического приёма заведующий может сам или совместно с врачом принимать пациентов, оценивать динамику заболевания и достижение конечного результата лечения. Он также контролирует, чтобы врач вовремя назначал нужные исследования, консультации и лекарства, и при необходимости инициирует пересмотр назначений (с отменой прежних и уведомлением пациента). Диспансерное наблюдение. Он организует процесс ведения пациентов, которые подлежат диспансерному наблюдению. Контролирует своевременность постановки на учёт, анализирует причины отказов, следит за качеством ведения медицинской документации по ДН, а также за ведением персонифицированных регистров таких пациентов. Организационные и методические задачи. Заведующий координирует работу отделения с другими структурными подразделениями поликлиники. Он разрабатывает перспективные и текущие планы работы отделения и контролирует их выполнение. Также в его обязанности может входить организация дополнительного профессионального образования (повышения квалификации, переподготовки) для работников отделения. Контроль документации и соблюдения норм. Он следит за качеством ведения медицинской документации. Кроме того, на нём лежит ответственность за соблюдение в отделении трудового законодательства, правил охраны труда, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима, норм этики и деонтологии. При выявлении нарушений он оперативно принимает меры (в том числе информирует руководство), чтобы устранить угрозу. Санитарно-просветительская работа. Он может формировать учебно-методическую базу для Школ здоровья и контролировать проведение в них занятий

Высшее образование по специальности. Аккредитация по специальности "Терапия". Наличие ординатуры/интернатуры. График работы: с 8.00 до 16.48
