Разрабатывать и реализовывать план работы и образовательные программы технопарка; Обеспечивать выполнение ключевых показателей эффективности; Контролировать качество реализации образовательных программ по направлениям ( квантумам ); Содействовать внедрению передовых методик проектного обучения; Организовывать участие воспитанников в конкурсах, хакатонах и чемпионатах и т.д.; Содействовать творчеству высококлассных педагогов-наставников и технических специалистов; Выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с индустриальными партнёрами, вузами и школами региона; Привлекать ресурсы для развития технопарка, включая гранты и спонсорскую помощь; Продвигать бренд Кванториума через мероприятия, медиа и публичные выступления; Исполнять иные должностные обязанности руководителя структурного подразделения образовательной организации.

высшее образование (предпочтительно в сфере педагогики, управления или техническое) и дополнительное профессиональное образование: повышение квалификации в сфере менеджмента, менеджмента в образовании; опыт работы не менее трёх лет стажа педагогической или руководящей деятельности в образовательных организациях; понимание принципов проектного управления и современных образовательных технологий; развитые лидерские качества, умение мотивировать команду и работать в режиме многозадачности; проактивность, системное мышление и искренний интерес к развитию детской инженерии; отсутствие ограничений на занятие педагогической деятельностью, установленных законодательством Российской Федерации; наличие личной медицинской книжки с результатами медицинских обследований и лабораторных исследований, сведениями о прививках, перенесённых инфекционных заболеваниях.
