1. Обеспечивает плановую, экстренную и неотложную медицинскую помощь урологическим больным в соответствии с современными достижениями медицинской науки в области диагностики, лечения и профилактики. 2.Ежедневно проводит осмотр больных, отмечая основные изменения в их состоянии, происшедшие за сутки в истории болезни и, в зависимости от этого, определяет необходимые мероприятия по диагностике, лечению, лечебному питанию и уходу за больными в соответствии с утвержденными стандартами. 3. Ежедневно представляет заведующему отделением больных, находящихся в тяжелом состоянии, с неясным диагнозом, длительными сроками лечения, подлежащих выписке или переводу в другие отделения и больных для планового оперативного вмешательства с предоперационным эпикризом, участвует в проведении оперативных вмешательств, в пределах своей компетенции, перевязок, обеспечивает послеоперационный уход за больными. 4. Обеспечивает консультативную помощь и оказание экстренной хирургической помощи больным в хирургическом отделении и отделении анестезиологии - реанимации в течение рабочего дня. 5. Назначает наркотические препараты с обязательным оформлением записи в истории болезни с указанием наименования препарата, его количества и дозировки. Присутствует при выполнении медицинской сестрой инъекций наркотических средств. Сдает использованные ампулы наркотических препаратов комиссии по уничтожению ампул. 6. Планирует свою работу и анализирует показатели своей деятельности. 7. Участвует в обходах заведующего хирургическим отделением, клинических разборах ошибок в диагностике и лечении, при анализе расхождений клинического диагноза и направительного или патологоанатомического. 8. Оформляет медицинскую документацию установленного образца: фиксирует жалобы, анамнестические и объективные данные, обосновывает необходимые методы обследования, лечения, формирует диагноз и степень функциональных нарушений органов и систем, наличие осложнений, выписной эпикриз. 9. Обеспечивает проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности, своевременное направление больных на МСЭ, оформляет листки нетрудоспособности, посыльный лист, согласовав с заведующим хирургическим отделением. 10. Участвует в разработке и внедрении современных методов диагностики и лечения урологических заболеваний. 11. По показаниям проводит сеансы дистанционной литотрипсии у больных мочекаменной болезнью.

Высшее медицинское образование по специальности "Лечебное дело"или "Педиатрия", ординатура или проф.переподготовка по специальности "Урология", сертификат или аккредитация
