The posting

1. Готовит наркозно дыхательную, дозирующую аппаратуру, средства мониторинга и другое специальное оборудование к работе. 2. Владеет всей лечебной и контрольно диагностической аппаратурой отделения. При работе с оборудованием соблюдает правила эксплуатации. 3. Подготавливает все необходимое для анестезиологического обеспечения операций и иных лечебно диагностических мероприятий, проведения интенсивной терапии и реанимации, получает от старшей медицинской сестры отделения анестезиологии реанимации по требованию- накладной медикаменты, контролирует хранение, учет, сроки годности. 4. Осуществляет контроль за состоянием пациентов во время проведения анестезиологического пособия и в постнаркозном периоде, путем измерения артериального и центрального венозного давления, подсчета частоты сердечных сокращений и дыхания, темпа диуреза, отделяемого по дренажам и зондам, регистрации других параметров по предписанию врача, в том числе мониторируемых аппаратно, вносит полученные данные в анестезиологическую карту с частотой, определяемой врачом анестезиологом реаниматологом. 6.Немедленно сообщает дежурному врачу - анестезиологу-реаниматологу обо всех изменениях в состоянии пациентов. 7.Ведет медицинскую и учетно-отчетную документацию: анестезиологические карты, бланки и журналы регистрации учета и расхода наркотических средств и психотропных веществ, журналы учета медикаментов, препаратов крови и кровезаменителей, направления и т.д. 8. Проводит дезинфекцию и стерилизацию аппаратуры, оборудования и инструментария, согласно нормативных документов. 9. Принимает участие в укладке больных на операционный стол, в перекладывании с операционного стола на каталку. 10. Выполняет комплекс лечебных мероприятий в пределах своей квалификации и компетенции, в том числе пунктирует и катетеризирует периферические вены, проводит инфузионно-трансфузионную терапию, выполняет инъекции, санацию воздухоносных путей, зондирования, катетеризации мочевого пузыря, перевязки в соответствии с назначениями врачебного персонала отделения анестезиологии - реанимации, ассистирует при проведении врачебных манипуляций. 11. Проводит при необходимости первичный реанимационный комплекс. 12. Сдает смену непосредственно по документам, осматривает состояние аппаратуры, оборудования, укладок, инвентаря, наличие медикаментов, расходных материалов и т.д. Отмечает прием и сдачу смены в соответствующем журнале.

Среднее медицинское образование по специальности "Сестринское дело". Профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Анестезиология и реаниматология" Сертификат или аккредитация по специальности "Анестезиология и реаниматология". возможна переподготовка за счет работодателя
